The last grand meal that I had in 2016 was the Christmas tasting course at Le Bernardin, 3 michelin starred restaurant in NYC by Chef Eric Ripert. Le Bernardin is famous for seafood. People love Le Bernardin for its fresh and not too heavy course meal compared to other 3 stars. For 2016 holiday tasting, it was 9 courses in total including 2 dessert dishes and $260 per person (not including taxes and tips)
our table was on the second floor

As I said earlier, Le Bernardin is known for its seafood. 6 out of 7 courses were seafood dishes. I was pretty full, happyfull I would say. Le Bernardin offers prix-fix Lunch for $87 (3 courses), prix-fix Dinner for $150 (4 courses) and also Chef’s tasting menu starting from $220. If you crave for refined and delicate seafood in French Style that is not pretentious but rather authentic, Le Bernardin is a good choice. I can’t wait to try its lunch prix-fix later!
